Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Pull Plugger (ranked 2268 p4p, 23106 weight class) and Rocco Damato (ranked 210 p4p, 399 weight class). Damato comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Thunderstruck kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 17 - 0, fighting out of London, Pull Plugger!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 24 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Rocco Damato!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Wagner Zegers and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Damato tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Damato throws a combination that misses
and Plugger counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Plugger is looking to work some ground and pound but Damato has wrist control.
Our spies down at at IMMA Gym of Elite ASS inform us that Damato has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?
Plugger postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Plugger has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Plugger is pulling down on Damato's head. It's preventing any offense from Damato, at least for the moment.
Damato decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Damato is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Plugger is defending well for now.
Damato lands an uppercut.
Plugger turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Plugger manages to end up in side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Plugger wants to control for a moment but Damato uses the opportunity to move back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well Damato has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
