Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Harris Reed (ranked 136 p4p, 369 weight class) and Sun Lutang (ranked 25 p4p, 59 weight class). Reed's entrance music is Beethoven's 5th Symphony. A fine choice. Lutang has chosen Enter The LuTang as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. This should be a great matchup!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Lutang. Reed does a little dance to reset his feet.
Lutang throws a right hand that misses
and Reed counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Lutang fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Reed manages to avoid it.
Reed throwing a counter right hand but Lutang manages to avoid it.
Lutang fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Reed takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Reed misses with a hook
and Lutang counters with a nice uppercut.
Lutang displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Reed.

Reed throws a lazy right hand but Lutang sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

and Lutang counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Lutang appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.

and Lutang counters with a nice uppercut.
Reed swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Lutang counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Harris Reed seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Lutang avoids the body shot from Reed.
Reed cracks Lutang with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Reed has been working on his boxing with his coaches at LVPED in the buildup to the fight.
Lutang misses with a jab to the body
and Reed counters with a right, left combo that wobbles Lutang badly! Reed follows up with a massive right hook, straight to the bridge of the nose that knocks Lutang out cold! Oh wow, what a finish! Very reminiscent of Koscheck vs Yoshida as Reed finished him against the cage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Harris Reed!
