Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Chester Nimitz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ben Solomon!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Arvi Lind and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Solomon scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Nimitz.
Good standup being displayed there by Solomon as he connects with a hook.
Nimitz changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Solomon tries to avoid it but Nimitz manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Solomon to the ground. Solomon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Nimitz fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chester Nimitz. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Nimitz has a takedown stuffed.
Nimitz takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Solomon cracks Nimitz with a good jab.

and Solomon counters with a nice right hand that sends Nimitz toppling to the canvas! Nimitz scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Solomon finish him?!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Nimitz gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Solomon points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Nimitz wakes up just in time to hear Solomon thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ben Solomon!
An out of breath Ben Solomon thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
