Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jamal Lloyd (ranked 5273 p4p, 4018 weight class) and Jamie Webb (ranked 237 p4p, 204 weight class). Jamal Lloyd could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jamie Webb's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jamal Lloyd!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jamie Webb!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Steven Brown and Andrew Berry.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Webb slips a jab from Lloyd.
Lloyd misses with an uppercut
and Webb counters with a right hand to the body.
Lloyd throws a big shot that misses.
Webb moves out of range of the strikes.
Webb let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Lloyd lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Lloyd waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Webb.
Lloyd backing away here, and Webb unleashes a leg kick that just misses.
Lloyd throws a poor cross that misses
and Webb counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Webb gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Lloyd moves forwards but Webb connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Lloyd is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Webb's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.

Webb has Lloyd up against the cage in a clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Lloyd pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Lloyd could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Webb darts in and clinches Lloyd up against the cage.
Webb stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Lloyd's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Lloyd wants to break the clinch but can't.
A nice left hand lands by Webb.

Webb lands with a light punch inside.

Webb breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lloyd takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Lloyd throws a poor cross that misses
and Webb scores with a counter punch that sends Lloyd to the canvas! Webb smells blood - he's punishing Lloyd with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Lloyd has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jamie Webb!
Jamie Webb took to the mic after the fight and begged the organizational hierarchy for a shot at the title.
