Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bheng Fokker (ranked 5988 p4p, 25031 weight class) and Reggie Charles (ranked 551 p4p, 572 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fokker throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Charles on the side of the head.

Fokker definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

No joy there for Fokker, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Charles's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Fokker connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Charles scrambles back to his feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Fokker will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Charles needs to keep his hands up - Fokker had a free shot at his head there.

Charles throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Fokker tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Charles is in Fokker's guard.
Charles postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Charles wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Fokker, who protects the arm well.

Charles misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Charles is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Fokker has escaped the position, nice work there.

Charles has an Americana. Fokker didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Charles is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Charles hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
