Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rupert Helenius (ranked 863 p4p, 1079 weight class) and Nils Norling (ranked 112 p4p, 148 weight class). Norling has chosen Scarlet - Age of seduction as his entrance music. Nils Norling has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 7 - 2, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rupert Helenius!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Nils Norling!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Ben Hemmingworth and Topper Green.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Helenius does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Norling throws out a counter right but Helenius avoids it with no problem.
Helenius lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Helenius feints and then cracks Norling's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Norling down.

We've been hearing reports that Helenius has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
