And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

One stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hassan swivels though and keeps the full guard.
One connects with a couple of short punches.

One is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

One sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
One is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
One has his hands clasped together around Hassan's back. He's all about the action.
One has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
One is trying to maintain the position but Hassan is very close to passing his half guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

One is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Hassan pulls his head out easily.

Hassan got a little sloppy there for a moment and One has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Hassan has managed to get both his arms back between One's legs - danger averted.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
One lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as One accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

That was a close round but I would say that Abduwali Hassan will probably get the nod.
