The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Monkey moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Dhargey thows a left - swing and a miss!
Monkey throws a leg kick

and Dhargey counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Monkey tries to roll over but Dhargey keeps him under control.
Ground and pound from Dhargey.
Monkey wants to control but Dhargey is keeping busy.

Monkey is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Dhargey scores with a couple of nice shots.
Dhargey drops an elbow to the side of Monkey's head.
Dhargey landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Monkey wants to improve his position but Dhargey is controlling well.

Monkey moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Dhargey trying to control the position from guard on top but Monkey is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Monkey pulls Dhargey in close to prevent any damage.
Dhargey distracts Monkey with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Dhargey is posturing up here but Monkey has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Dhargey tries to roll out but it's too tight and Dhargey has to tap! Slick submission there by Monkey!
