Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Casimiro Nicoletta (ranked 1438 p4p, 1246 weight class) and Brock Hardman (ranked 212 p4p, 188 weight class). Nicoletta comes into the arena with For Once In My Life blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nicoletta misses with a head kick.
Nicoletta swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Hardman.
Nicoletta throws a sloppy head kick and Hardman moves out of range easily.
Hardman loads up on a big right hand but Nicoletta slips the punch.
Nicoletta takes a jab right on the kisser.

It looks like Casimiro Nicoletta has been cut.
Casimiro Nicoletta seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hardman moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Hardman has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Hardman drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Nicoletta right on the button. Nicoletta goes down! Hardman follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Hardman gets the win via TKO!
