Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Khalil Burnett!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Robert Lee!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burnett throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Burnett displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Lee.
Burnett clobbers Lee with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Lee shoots in but no luck this time.
Burnett lands a really nice looking cross but Lee seems unphased.

Lee clinches.
Burnett lands a hook to the side of the head.
Lee jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Burnett walks away with a smile on his face. Lee gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Khalil Burnett has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Robert Lee.
Burnett fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lee manages to avoid it.

Burnett closes the distance and clinches.
Burnett working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Burnett misses with a shot to the kidneys.
I was talking to Burnett's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Burnett working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Lee fails to pull guard.
Burnett lands a body punch.
Lee tries to pull guard but Burnett forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Burnett scores with an uppercut up the middle.
A right handed body shot lands from Burnett.
Burnett can't find room to land a body shot as Lee controls the action.

Lee tries to pull guard but Burnett holds him up against the cage and eventually Lee drops back down to his feet.
Lee blocking some punches.
Burnett tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Lee scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Burnett lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Burnett doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Lee has Burnett pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Burnett manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Lee tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Burnett smiles and moves away.
Burnett scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Khalil Burnett is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Lee glances at the clock... BAM! Burnett nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Lee crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Lee is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
