Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jakov Pavlek (ranked 435 p4p, 755 weight class) and Richmond Belvedere (ranked 69 p4p, 114 weight class). Pavlek comes to the cage accompanied by Cool Kids of Death - Czloweik Mucha. Jakov Pavlek has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Gregory Folan and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Belvedere shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Belvedere takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
A combination from Belvedere does no damage.

Pavlek tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Belvedere was well out of range. Poor timing from Pavlek.
It seemed like Belvedere was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jakov Pavlek will probably get the nod.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Belvedere working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

A looping hook to the body misses from Belvedere. Pavlek does a little dance to reset his feet.
Belvedere with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Pavlek to score with a decent uppercut.
Pavlek lands a lovely overhand right.
Pavlek cracks Belvedere with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Pavlek has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Belvedere to stand back up!

Belvedere looks up at the clock. Bad move! Pavlek lands a right hand from hell, dropping Belvedere. Pavlek pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.

A relieved looking Jakov Pavlek thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
