Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yardbird Knox (ranked 547 p4p, 1006 weight class) and Zygmunt Krol (ranked 82 p4p, 140 weight class). Krol is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Hammer Smashed Face Live. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with each other but Krol might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Knox has got the better of the exchanges.
