Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ben Crispian (ranked 570 p4p, 2785 weight class) and Black Heart (ranked 62 p4p, 154 weight class). Heart has chosen Fear of the Dark as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Black Heart!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Heart checks a leg kick.
Crispian tries to clinch up but Heart circles away and keeps his distance.
It seemed like Heart was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Crispian doesn't manage to clinch there - Heart circles away.
Crispian tries to close the distance and clinch but Heart swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Heart lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Crispian wants to clinch.
Heart throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Heart connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Heart throws a low kick but Crispian avoids it.
Nice jab there from Heart.
Heart thows a left - swing and a miss!
Crispian throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Heart.

Crispian closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Heart.
Crispian tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Crispian.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Heart creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Crispian ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Crispian no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Crispian seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
Crispian has his hands on Heart's head, controlling the position.

Crispian is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Heart has his hands clasped together but Crispian extends and breaks Heart's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Crispian.
