Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alee Ideaale (ranked 3456 p4p, 5976 weight class) and Mike Duffy (ranked 447 p4p, 572 weight class). Mike Duffy has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Alee Ideaale!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mike Duffy!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Arvi Lind and Anni Minnemäki.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duffy digs a good hook to Ideaale's body.
Duffy misses with a looping left.
Ideaale appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Ideaale definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Duffy thows a left - swing and a miss!

Ideaale scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Ideaale has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Duffy is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Ideaale lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Duffy down.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ideaale controls the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ideaale has hold of Duffy's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Duffy seems comfortable defending it but Ideaale has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Duffy is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Duffy is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Ideaale couldn't care less - he's delighted!

A less than humble Alee Ideaale misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
