The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crawford throws a body kick that misses

so Salter counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Crawford looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Salter content to stall in guard here.

Salter drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Crawford manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Salter has Crawford in his guard.

Salter has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Crawford can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Oh but Salter is tightening it up a little... Crawford has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Crawford reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Crawford taps out! Nice BJJ there by Salter!
