The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Damien shoots in for a takedown but Wilson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Wilson looks to throw the jab but Damien is out of range.
Damien slips under a jab.
Damien keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Nice takedown defense from Wilson. No joy for Damien on that attempt.
Wilson stuffs the takedown attempt from Damien. Damien gets slowly back to his feet.
Wilson definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Wade Wilson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jake Damien.
Damien fails with the takedown.

Damien manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Wilson on his heels. He'll look to pass Wilson's guard now, I'm sure.
Wilson manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Damien manages to get himself to full guard.

Wilson connects with a couple of short punches.
Wilson postures up and lands a big shot to Damien's brow.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Damien trying to control the position.
Damien bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Wilson's guard.

Damien wants to pass the guard but Wilson is keeping the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Wilson looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Damien passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Damien is working to tighten his grip on Wilson's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Wilson has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Damien is really squeezing tight and eventually Wilson passes out! Damien breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
