PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kikuchiyo Mifune (ranked 1098 p4p, 2544 weight class) and Tama Ruiha (ranked 164 p4p, 363 weight class). Mifune comes to the cage accompanied by Seven Samurai. Ruiha has chosen Polynesian Traditional Music as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. This should be fireworks!

Ruiha lands a big uppercut and Mifune crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Mifune looks OK. Ruiha waves Mifune back to his feet!

Ruiha throws a pinpoint strike between Mifune's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Mifune crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Ruiha scores a great knockout victory!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Tama Ruiha!
A relieved looking Tama Ruiha thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
In defeat, Kikuchiyo Mifune stepped up to the mic, saying 'Going back to the drawing board'.
