Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Bronco (ranked 1631 p4p, 681 weight class) and Damian Tonon (ranked 223 p4p, 100 weight class). Bronco comes to the cage accompanied by The Horses - Daryl Braithwaite . Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

With a record of 17 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Damian Tonon!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bronco tries to clinch there but Tonon circles away.
Bronco tries for a takedown but Tonon sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Bronco drives through with a takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Tonon holds on and takes a little breather.
Bronco throws a strike but Tonon rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Tonon sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Bronco's guard.

Tonon has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Bronco finds it's way round the side to connect with Tonon's head.

Bronco is nestled in close to Tonon, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Johnny Bronco.
Well Bronco has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
