Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dylan Peterson (ranked 722 p4p, 933 weight class) and Serhey Rishkinov (ranked 103 p4p, 132 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 26 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dylan Peterson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 33 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Serhey Rishkinov!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peterson missing with a left hand there. Rishkinov was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Rishkinov throws out a loose jab but Peterson uses good head movement to avoid it.
Peterson tries to counter with a takedown but Rishkinov is quick to defend against it.

Rishkinov closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Rishkinov connects with a nice short shot to Peterson's temple.

Rishkinov throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Peterson's waist but Peterson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Rishkinov off to one side.

Rishkinov has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Peterson is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Rishkinov.

In defeat, Serhey Rishkinov stepped up to the mic, saying 'I didn't stick to the game plan. I played his game and lost . I'll be back '.
