The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Ivan Kurochkin and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joshua circles away from the clinch attempt.
Despite the aggression on Joshua's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Joshua lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sanchez circles away quickly and effectively.
Sanchez goes for a double leg but Joshua avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Joshua continues to drive forward.
Sanchez wants a takedown.

Joshua ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Joshua no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Sanchez jumps guard but Joshua stands there with Sanchez around his waist. Sanchez gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Joshua tries to break free but Sanchez pushes him back against the cage.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Joshua manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
The fighters are working up against the cage. Joshua manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Peter Joshua dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Oooh a lovely combination from Joshua sends Sanchez down but not out. Joshua dives into side control looking to finish.
It looks like Theo Sanchez has been cut.
Joshua in side control lands a decent elbow.
Sanchez wants to control but Joshua postures up.
Sanchez misses with a strike from the bottom.
Joshua has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Joshua moves into full mount!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Joshua postures up and throws a big right hand. BOOM! Right on the button! Sanchez is out cold - huge knockout for Joshua!
