Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Einar Ragnarsen (ranked 5844 p4p, 5402 weight class) and The Paladin Dragon (ranked 174 p4p, 161 weight class). The Paladin Dragon has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Einar Ragnarsen's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Einar Ragnarsen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, The Paladin Dragon!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Daniel Bishop and James Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ragnarsen throws out a powerful jab.
Ragnarsen misses with a few strikes there.
Dragon walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Dragon has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Dragon there as he acknowledges the shot.

Dragon moves into range and clinches up with Ragnarsen.

Ragnarsen pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Dragon walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Ragnarsen lands a head kick!
Dragon throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Dragon tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dragon takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Dragon clinches up against the ropes.

Ragnarsen's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Ragnarsen lands a nice looking body shot.
Ragnarsen connects with a leg kick.
A nice inside leg kick there by Ragnarsen. That's going to slow Dragon down.
Ragnarsen lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Ragnarsen scores with a jab and follows up with an uppercut that drops Dragon to his knees! He bounces straight back to his feet but is forced to take the mandatory standing 8 count before he's allowed to continue. We're back under way and the fighters meet in the middle of the canvas to re-engage.

It looks like The Paladin Dragon has been cut.

Ragnarsen fails to land with a series of punches.
Ragnarsen closes the distance and catches Dragon with a lead hook that drops him to the canvas! Dragon is clearly dazed and struggling here! 3,4,5,6,7 and Dragon is up to his feet but the referee has called it off! Dragon is still far too wobbly and he's not going to allow the fight to continue! Ragnarsen takes it!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Einar Ragnarsen!
Einar Ragnarsen decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
