Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Branko Banik (ranked 4230 p4p, 4255 weight class) and Ricky Hammer (ranked 503 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Branko Banik!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ricky Hammer!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Yves DeLean and Ian Loll.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hammer throws a sloppy head kick and Banik moves out of range easily.
Banik misses with an uppercut. Hammer saw that one coming.
A head kick misses from Hammer.
Banik feinted with a counter takedown.
Banik throws a right and a left that Hammer avoids nicely.
Hammer throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Hammer throws a sloppy head kick and Banik moves out of range easily.
Banik changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.

Banik feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Hammer tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Banik has advanced to mount. Uh oh.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Banik cracks Hammer with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Hammer is wriggling around trying to escape.
Hammer is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
The referee warns Hammer that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Banik connects with a bit shot that sees Hammer covering up! More strikes from Banik and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Banik is our winner by TKO!
