Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between James Millward (ranked 5637 p4p, 4661 weight class) and Joey Williams (ranked 577 p4p, 529 weight class). Joey Williams is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, James Millward!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Joey Williams!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Williams shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Millward on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Williams perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Let's hope that Williams has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Williams prevents Millward from standing back up.
Millward might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Williams is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Millward!
Williams has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Millward's face.
Williams lands a nice shot to the head.
Millward wants to control but Williams is having none of it.
Williams lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Williams controlling the pace for now.

Williams takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Millward wants to hold on but Williams pushes him away.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Williams cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Williams landing strikes from the mount and Millward is in trouble!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Millward is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Williams lands a nice shot to the head.
Williams is landing with some decent strikes but Millward is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Millward is rocked!
Millward tries to hold on but Williams pushes him away.
Oh Millward is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Williams loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Millward scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Williams land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Williams stands and salutes the crowd.
