Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Clifford Val Salvacion (ranked 24281 p4p, 3406 weight class) and Nkenti Nzani (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Excellent takedown into side control there by Salvacion.

Nzani bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!
Nzani shoots in looking for a takedown. Salvacion tries to sprawl out of it but Nzani keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Salvacion manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
As Nzani looks to move away, Salvacion throws a big counter combo but Nzani just gets out of the way.
Nzani misses with a takedown attempt - Salvacion sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Nzani shoots for a double leg takedown but Salvacion sprawls well. He's pushed Nzani's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

You can see the frustration on Nzani's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Nzani pushes Salvacion away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Salvacion gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Salvacion is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Nzani can do to turn this around?

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Salvacion is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Nzani has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Salvacion is looking to defend but Nzani has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Salvacion! Nzani pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Salvacion taps out and this one is all over!
