Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Joshua Burton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Noc Turnal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Turnal has chosen Nocturnal as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burton misses with a few strikes there.

Burton throws a lazy right hand but Turnal sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Burton stalks Turnal and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Turnal's face. Turnal staggers backwards, shaken.

Turnal is looking to take a break and control but Burton is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Turnal might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Burton kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Turnal stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Burton swivels though and keeps the full guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
