Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between CJ Robinson (ranked 816 p4p, 752 weight class) and Saúl Tacoronte (ranked 121 p4p, 111 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 26 - 13 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, CJ Robinson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 16 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Saúl Tacoronte!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tacoronte misses with a low kick.
Robinson was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Robinson checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Robinson swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Tacoronte throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Robinson on the side of the head.
Tacoronte swings for the body but Robinson moves out of range.
It looked like Robinson was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Tacoronte.
Tacoronte scores with a head kick. Robinson tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

Robinson rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Tacoronte counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

A quick step to the side and Robinson tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

The fighters circle momentarily. Robinson darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Tacoronte throws a chopping leg kick but Robinson manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Robinson is looking to counter the offense by Tacoronte and move into the clinch.
Robinson loads up on a big right hand but Tacoronte slips the punch.

Saúl Tacoronte seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Robinson takes a swing at Tacoronte's ribcage but misses.

and Robinson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Robinson definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
A low kick lands for Tacoronte.
Tacoronte tests Robinson's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Robinson is rocked!
Tacoronte drops Robinson with a straight right hand, right on the button! Tacoronte follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!

After winning the bout, Saúl Tacoronte thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
