Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lav Artic (ranked 3224 p4p, 3546 weight class) and Desu Inhanamoto (ranked 422 p4p, 462 weight class). Desu Inhanamoto is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lav Artic!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Desu Inhanamoto!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, William Gold and Colin Fotheringham.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Artic misses with a wild combination.
Artic throws a right and a left that both miss.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Artic is defended easily by Inhanamoto.
Artic lands a nice shot to the body.
Artic misses the body punch
and Artic takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Artic throws a right and a left that Inhanamoto avoids nicely.
Inhanamoto keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Artic throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Inhanamoto throws out a counter right but Artic avoids it with no problem.

Artic jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Donk. Inhanamoto catches Artic right on the button with a cross.
Inhanamoto scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Artic takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Artic misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Inhanamoto makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Artic throws a looping overhand right but Inhanamoto ducks down to avoid it.
Inhanamoto shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Artic works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Inhanamoto moves out of range of the strikes.
Inhanamoto let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Artic walks straight into a right hand from Inhanamoto - that's dropped him! Inhanamoto jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Artic from any more punishment! Artic complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
