Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sean McCarthy (ranked 3543 p4p, 2610 weight class) and Bob Bronte (ranked 146 p4p, 104 weight class). Bronte has chosen Buffalo Charge by Dub Phizix and Strategy as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Sean McCarthy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bob Bronte!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Lou da Vinci and David Schapiro.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCarthy ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Bronte waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract McCarthy.
Bronte misses with a looping right.
Bronte shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. McCarthy eats them both and turns towards Bronte to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
No luck for McCarthy with that takedown attempt.

McCarthy moves into the clinch.
McCarthy has Bronte pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Bronte manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

McCarthy has picked Bronte up - he's going for a ride! McCarthy dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.

Bronte makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
McCarthy doesn't manage to clinch there - Bronte circles away.

McCarthy forces Bronte back against the cage and clinches.
Bronte lands a hook to the side of the head.

It looks like Sean McCarthy has been cut.

McCarthy gets control of Bronte's arms and successfully pulls guard. McCarthy will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bronte avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

McCarthy is working an open guard so Bronte takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bronte goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
McCarthy moves in looking to clinch but Bronte pushes him off.
McCarthy fails with an attempt to clinch.
Bronte steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from McCarthy.
McCarthy tries to clinch up.
McCarthy tries to clinch but Bronte moves out of range.
Bronte getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Bronte lands a head shot.

McCarthy is rocked!
Bronte throws an uppercut from hell that sends McCarthy clean off his feet! He's out cold! Bronte stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
