The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mercenary connects with a crisp jab.
Reynolds misses with a takedown
and Mercenary counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Mercenary misses with a looping left.
Mercenary throws a hook but Reynolds blocks it.
Mercenary lands with a good body shot.
Mercenary throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Mercenary digs a good hook to Reynolds's body.
Mercenary defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Reynolds.
Reynolds has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Mercenary finds it's way round the side to connect with Reynolds's head.
Reynolds tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Mercenary counters with a nice uppercut.
Reynolds doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mercenary thows a left - swing and a miss!
Reynolds unleashes a big counter combination but Mercenary bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

Reynolds moves in looking to clinch but Mercenary pushes him off.
Mercenary fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Reynolds manages to avoid it.

Mercenary drops Reynolds with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Reynolds! Mercenary dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
