Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Hugo BossaNova (ranked 5326 p4p, 5315 weight class) and Nak Boom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
BossaNova misses with a hook. Boom ducked under it nicely.

Boom looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Boom with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling BossaNova to score with a decent uppercut.

Boom might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Boom fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops BossaNova to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! BossaNova looks to clinch but Boom throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! BossaNova taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
