Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ruud Altena (ranked 1407 p4p, 1518 weight class) and Renato Oliveira (ranked 190 p4p, 204 weight class). Altena comes into the arena with Grontapu by Double Rock blaring out of the sound system. Ruud Altena could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Renato Oliveira's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oliveira looks to land a combination. Altena sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Oliveira keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

A looping hook to the body misses from Oliveira. Altena does a little dance to reset his feet.
Oliveira tries to score a power double leg takedown but Altena sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Oliveira somewhat.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
