Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Marko Kersikov (ranked 309 p4p, 229 weight class) and Maurits Assndrop (ranked 14 p4p, 10 weight class). Kersikov comes to the cage accompanied by Hi Rez - 3 Ft Tall. Marko Kersikov is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, William Gold and Richard Clark.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Assndrop moves out of range as Kersikov strikes.
Kersikov checks a leg kick.
Kersikov walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Assndrop moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Kersikov lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Assndrop has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Assndrop and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Kersikov takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Assndrop drops his hands momentarily and Kersikov takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Kersikov.
Kersikov rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Assndrop counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Kersikov displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Assndrop throws out the jab.
Assndrop misses with a low kick.
Assndrop throws a solid leg kick but Kersikov takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Assndrop.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kersikov throws a lazy right hand but Assndrop sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Assndrop lands a nice looking body shot.
Kersikov moves out of range as Assndrop throws a body kick.

Assndrop misses the jab.
Kersikov throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Assndrop throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Assndrop uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Kersikov.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Assndrop! But no joy.
Kersikov's jab looks to have found its range, popping Assndrop under the eye.
Kersikov lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Assndrop swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Kersikov avoids the body shot from Assndrop.
Kersikov tried to counter with a leg kick but Assndrop avoided it.
A jab from Assndrop finds it's way through Kersikov's defenses.
Kersikov throws an overhand right that lands on Assndrop's shoulder, as Assndrop tries to avoid the shot.
Kersikov is looking to slow Assndrop down with leg kicks.

Assndrop closes the distance and clinches.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Assndrop lands a left hand that snaps the head of Kersikov backwards.

A nice right hand lands inside from Assndrop.
Assndrop blocks an uppercut.
Assndrop working hard to break the clinch.

Kersikov lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Assndrop tries to throw a body punch but Kersikov avoids it by throwing Assndrop back against the cage.
Kersikov is struggling to control the position.

Assndrop pulls guard effortlessly.
Kersikov throws a big elbow that misses.
Kersikov controls from within his opponent's guard.
Assndrop trying to keep a closed guard but Kersikov is proving a slippery customer.
Kersikov looking to sit in guard and control but Assndrop gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Kersikov wants to sweep but no luck.
Kersikov lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Kersikov tries to stand but Assndrop is controlling from the bottom.

Assndrop has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Kersikov should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Assndrop has tightened it up now! Kersikov should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

After winning the bout, Maurits Assndrop thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
