Dragneel is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Come the Fire Dragon. Natsu Dragneel has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Jayden Sven's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dragneel misses with a left hand
and Sven counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Sven misses with a looping left.
Dragneel swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Dragneel pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Sven wants to clinch.
Dragneel throws a big shot that misses.
Dragneel misses with a hook
enabling Sven to counter with a crisp jab.
Sven throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Dragneel throws out a counter right but Sven avoids it with no problem.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Sven misses with a lunging right hand
and Dragneel counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Sven throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Dragneel counters with a straight right hand.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Sven paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Dragneel's coach down at Champion Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Dragneel's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Sven blocks a jab.
Dragneel misses with a looping left.
Sven throws a lazy right hand but Dragneel sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
A nice side step and Dragneel releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

Dragneel walks into a straight right hand from Sven.
Sven takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Dragneel ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Dragneel moves forwards but Sven connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Dragneel misses with a lunging right hand
and Sven cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

and Dragneel counters with a nice uppercut.

The fighters circling - Sven throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Dragneel jabbing away but nothing is landing.
It looks like Sven has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
Sven throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Sven throws a hook to the side of Dragneel's head but Dragneel sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Dragneel cracks Sven with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Sven moves forwards but Dragneel connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Sven is rocked!
Sven throws a wild hook but Dragneel just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Sven gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Dragneel raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
