Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Magomed Sitsongrit!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jim Lahey!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Gregory Folan and Ian Loll.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sitsongrit throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Lahey counters with a stiff right hand.
The fighters circling - Lahey throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Lahey has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Sitsongrit bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Lahey's head backwards.
Lahey misses the jab.
Lahey displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Sitsongrit throws out the jab.
Lahey tries to clinch up.
Sitsongrit throwing a counter right hand but Lahey manages to avoid it.
Sitsongrit thuds a left hand into Lahey's body.
Lahey looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Lahey is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Lahey darts in and clinches Sitsongrit up against the cage.

Sitsongrit breaks from the clinch.
Lahey keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Lahey moves out of range as Sitsongrit strikes.
Lahey throws a shot from downtown. Sitsongrit moves away and avoids it.
Sitsongrit throwing a counter right hand but Lahey manages to avoid it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Sitsongrit connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Lahey lands a jab.

Sitsongrit is rocked!
The crowd cheers as Sitsongrit lands an impressive looking overhand right. Lahey doesn't seem phased though.
Oh Sitsongrit is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Lahey waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Sitsongrit.
Sitsongrit throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Lahey fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Jim Lahey seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sitsongrit walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Sitsongrit limp body while Lahey jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jim Lahey!
Post fight, Jim Lahey stared into the camera and said 'Just another shit apple going back to con college!'.
