Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ralph Hall (ranked 2479 p4p, 2185 weight class) and Boyka Kersikov (ranked 309 p4p, 270 weight class). Hall kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Pinball Wizard. Kersikov has chosen Nosferatu - When Angels Cry as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 8 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ralph Hall!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Boyka Kersikov!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Trevor Gratis and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hall takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
It looks like Ralph Hall has been cut.
Hall has a takedown stuffed.
A little jabbing left from Kersikov on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Hall closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Kersikov tries to control the position but he's not in luck - Hall easily slips into full mount!
Hall is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Kersikov is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Kersikov flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Hall anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Kersikov and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Hall slips an arm under Kersikov chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Hall has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Hall is squeezing on Kersikov like an anaconda would it's prey. Kersikov fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Ralph Hall!
Ralph Hall was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
