The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Big Time displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Iron Fist.

Big Time pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Big Time moves into the clinch.

Big Time works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Big Time wants to control from the top but Iron Fist keeps moving.
Big Time trying to move into half guard but instead Iron Fist has managed to sweep!

Iron Fist won't allow Big Time to get back to his feet.

Iron Fist slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Big Time wants to stand and escape but Iron Fist is having none of it.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Big Time is looking for a triangle but Iron Fist pushes his legs off easily.
Big Time could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Iron Fist controls from within his opponent's guard.

Iron Fist is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Big Time had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Iron Fist defends it easily.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Big Time keeping moving, preventing Iron Fist from controlling successfully.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Randy Big Time.
