Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Brendan Rowen (ranked 5705 p4p, 3844 weight class) and Alex Victorino (ranked 0 p4p, 409 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Victorino misses with the combination.
Victorino lands a nice hook to Rowen's body. Rowen takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Victorino walks into a stiff left hand from Rowen.
Rowen slips a jab and a cross from Victorino.
Rowen takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Rowen scores with a crisp jab that stopped Victorino in his tracks.
Rowen lands the left hand.
Victorino blocks a jab.
Victorino swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
As Victorino tries to get set, Rowen tries to push him back and clinch up but Victorino manages to avoid the attempt.
Victorino lands a jab to Rowen's midsection.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Victorino lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

It looks like Brendan Rowen has been cut.
Rowen takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Rowen is breathing heavily.
Victorino tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Rowen was well out of range. Poor timing from Victorino.
Victorino misses with a jab, cross combination.
Victorino slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Victorino batters Rowen with a massive right followed by a huge left! Rowen is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Victorino lands a final crushing right hand to drop Rowen to the mat with a gruesome thud! Victorino is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!
