Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Johnny Nevercum!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Werner Heisenberg!
The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Winston Alpacca and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nevercum falls off balance throwing a combination
and Heisenberg counters with a stiff right hand.
Heisenberg circles away from the clinch attempt
and Heisenberg counters with a nice body shot.
Nevercum closes the distance and clinches up with Heisenberg, looking for a takedown. Nevercum pushes Heisenberg against the cage but Heisenberg circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Heisenberg let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Heisenberg throws a good cross that connects.
It looks like Johnny Nevercum has been cut.
Heisenberg circles away from the clinch attempt
and Heisenberg counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Heisenberg bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Heisenberg lands with a good body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Heisenberg jabs Nevercum to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Nevercum is breathing heavily.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Nevercum.
A shot to the liver by Heisenberg. Beautiful body shot.
Heisenberg connects with a body shot that sends Nevercum's belly button to the back.
Heisenberg cracks Nevercum with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Nevercum looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Heisenberg finish him?
Nevercum is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Heisenberg moves in close and cracks Nevercum with a massive right hand! Nevercum, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by Heisenberg!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Werner Heisenberg!
