Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bunny Akando!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mark Lazik!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Percy O'Donnell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Akando circles away from the clinch attempt.
Lazik is looking to clinch.
Akando darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
A solid leg kick lands there for Akando.
An inside leg kick lands from Akando.
Lazik walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Lazik tries to move into range but Akando moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Lazik tries to close the distance and clinch up but Akando swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Lazik clinches up against the cage.
Akando makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Akando lands with a light punch inside.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Akando breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Akando's corner calls for a 1-2. Akando obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Lazik tries to clinch up but Akando circles away and keeps his distance.
Lazik fails in his attempt to clinch.
Lazik misses with a body kick.
Akando throwing a counter right hand but Lazik manages to avoid it.

Akando scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Akando slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Lazik tries to clinch but Akando is having none of it.
The fight stays on the outside here - Lazik looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Lazik with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Akando to score with a decent uppercut.

Lazik drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Akando looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Lazik tries to close the distance and clinch but Akando swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Akando lands a hook to the side of the head.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Lazik creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Lazik throws a punch but it's blocked by Akando.
Akando lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Lazik is trying to pull guard but Akando has him pressed against the cage.
Akando swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Akando working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Akando lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Akando lands a hook that snaps the head of Lazik backwards.

Lazik is rocked!
Lazik swings wildly with an uppercut but Akando uses good head movement to avoid it.
Lazik is still on wobbly legs! Can Akando finish him?
Akando blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Akando breaks from the clinch.
Akando pounces like a tiger and cracks Lazik with a vicious hook! Lazik is down but not out! Akando follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
