In the red corner, competing out of Los Angeles, with a TWGC record of 13 wins and 9 losses; Muhammad Jabbar! And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 10 wins and 9 losses; Billy Turturro!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Daniel Cesar and Felipe Paraventi.

Turturro rushes Jabbar and presses him up against the cage.
Turturro has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Jabbar after a bit of a struggle.
Jabbar changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Turturro fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Turturro shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jabbar sprawls well. Jabbar wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Turturro gets slowly back to his feet.
Turturro tries to clinch up but Jabbar circles away and keeps his distance.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Turturro.
Jabbar seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Muhammad Jabbar has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Billy Turturro.

Jabbar has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Turturro avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Turturro is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Jabbar defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

You can see the frustration on Jabbar's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Jabbar tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!

Turturro jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Jabbar is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Jabbar and Turturro has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Turturro is looking for a kimura but Jabbar is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Turturro to get the leverage.
Well, if Turturro is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Jabbar has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Turturro is working away from the top position though.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Turturro is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Turturro is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Jabbar doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Turturro.
