The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mspomfad closes the distance looking to clinch
and Maui counters with a lovely straight right hand!

It looks like Msujfnaud Mspomfad has been cut.

Maui moves into the clinch successfully.

Maui pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Maui throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Mspomfad tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Maui is in Mspomfad's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mspomfad is trying to hold Maui in close to prevent damage but Maui has managed to pass into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Maui content to control rather than advance.

Maui connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Mspomfad wants to clinch but Maui slips to the side
and Maui counters with a deadly accurate combination that rocks Mspomfad badly! He tries to strike back but Maui puts an end to that with another precision combo that knocks Mspomfad out cold! Oh man, Mspomfad will never hear the end of this one!
