The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A decent looking cross lands there for Takahashi.

McQuirre closes the distance and clinches.

Takahashi takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

McQuirre takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Takahashi! McQuirre is out on his feet! Takahashi rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - McQuirre is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! McQuirre is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
