Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lucas Barbosa (ranked 741 p4p, 1462 weight class) and Tama Ruiha (ranked 98 p4p, 200 weight class). Ruiha is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Polynesian Traditional Music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barbosa just misses with a punch to the body.
Ruiha swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Barbosa fails with a takedown attempt.

Barbosa takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Barbosa maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Ruiha could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Barbosa has cracked it and Ruiha is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Barbosa!
