Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Diago Nunez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Terkin McJerkins!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Bart Greer and Santiago Holmes.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nunez closes the distance and clinches up with McJerkins, looking for a takedown. Nunez pushes McJerkins against the cage but McJerkins circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Nunez shoots in and drives through. McJerkins sprawls well.
Nunez wants to clinch.
It seemed like McJerkins was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
McJerkins fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Nunez on the side of the head.

It looks like Diago Nunez has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nunez tries to close the distance and clinch up but McJerkins swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Nunez tries to clinch there but McJerkins circles away.
McJerkins cracks Nunez with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Nunez tries to close the distance and clinch but McJerkins swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
The fighters circle momentarily. McJerkins darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Terkin McJerkins is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Nunez tries to clinch but McJerkins is having none of it.
Nunez is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
McJerkins throws a hook but Nunez avoids it easily.
Nunez wants to clinch.
Nunez tries to close the distance and clinch but McJerkins swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

and McJerkins counters with a lovely straight right hand!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Nunez tries for a takedown but McJerkins sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Diago Nunez. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and McJerkins counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Nunez ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
McJerkins just misses with a punch to the body.
Nunez takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

and Nunez counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

McJerkins lands a big uppercut and Nunez crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Nunez looks OK. McJerkins waves Nunez back to his feet!

McJerkins circles away from the clinch attempt
and McJerkins counters with a huge left! Nunez is in big trouble! He's backing up but McJerkins isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Nunez from any more damage. A dominating finish by McJerkins!
