Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andy Viking (ranked 562 p4p, 622 weight class) and Dennis Rader (ranked 85 p4p, 99 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Andy Viking!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Dennis Rader!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Percy O'Donnell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Viking lands a slapping body shot.
Viking drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

It looks like Andy Viking has been cut.
Rader misses with a body shot.
Viking throws a body punch but Rader moves out of range.
Rader checks the leg kick.
Rader looks to score with a jab to the body but Viking is just out of range.
Rader moves out of range as Viking strikes.
Rader ducks under a wild hook from Viking.
Rader appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Viking tries to clinch but Rader is having none of it.
Rader lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Viking swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.

A decent looking cross lands there for Viking.
Viking buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Rader walks into a straight right hand from Viking.
Viking turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Viking throws a leg kick which misses Rader's front leg but catches the back leg as Rader tries to avoid it.
Viking connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Rader momentarily.

Viking drives through and clinches with Rader against the cage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Viking really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

BOOM! Viking lands a beautiful left hook that drops Rader. Rader tries to recover but Viking is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Rader lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
