Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heimo misses with a wild body shot.
Alcala looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Alcala throws a low kick but Heimo avoids it.
Alcala lands a glancing blow to the side of Heimo's head.

Alcala avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Alcala's corner calls for a 1-2. Alcala obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Alcala throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Heimo fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Alcala checks it well.

Alcala fires out a quick counter leg kick but Heimo just manages to avoid it.
Heimo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Alcala moves away.
Heimo misses with an uppercut
and Alcala counters with an inside leg kick.
Heimo walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Alcala checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Alcala connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Alcala does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Alcala throws the kick towards the body but Heimo avoids it.
Heimo thumps Alcala with a low kick.
Heimo looks to land a right hand but Alcala moved out of range.

A head kick misses from Alcala.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A telegraphed right hand from Heimo misses the target.
The fighters circle, before Alcala throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Heimo's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Alcala lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!

Lito Alcala got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'
