Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Shen Po (ranked 294 p4p, 760 weight class) and Wilfred Ainsworth (ranked 45 p4p, 120 weight class). Po comes into the arena with Ei-tetsu Hayashi & 木下伸市 blaring out of the sound system. Ainsworth has chosen Fred Neil - Everybody's Talkin' as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ainsworth lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Ainsworth throws a low kick but Po moves out of range easily.
Po fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Ainsworth avoids it really well and circles away.
Po fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ainsworth manages to avoid it.
Ainsworth lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Po was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.

Po lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Shen Po.
Well Ainsworth has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
