Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Frank Lucas Iv!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Satoshi Ekaku!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Ackerman and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ekaku ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lucas Iv moves away.
A slapping leg kick lands for Ekaku.
Good exchange - Ekaku coming out on top.

Ekaku throws a low kick but it's checked well by Lucas Iv.

Ekaku has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Satoshi Ekaku seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ekaku throws a shot from downtown. Lucas Iv moves away and avoids it.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Lucas Iv changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ekaku tries to avoid it but Lucas Iv manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ekaku to the ground. Ekaku escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Ekaku fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Lucas Iv.
Donk. Ekaku catches Lucas Iv right on the button with a cross.
Ekaku swings for the body but Lucas Iv moves out of range.
Ekaku lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Satoshi Ekaku is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Lucas Iv pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Ekaku lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Lucas Iv has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Lucas Iv and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Lucas Iv looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Ekaku has picked Lucas Iv up and slammed him! Lucas Iv can't keep hold of the triangle and Ekaku manages to pass to side control!
