Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marcus Ukkola (ranked 5150 p4p, 4532 weight class) and Phol Hunt (ranked 553 p4p, 511 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Ukkola defending well as Hunt loads up on a big left hand.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hunt misses the shot to the body.
A jab from Ukkola misses.
Hunt looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Ukkola connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Hunt momentarily.
Ukkola moves out of range as Hunt strikes.
Ukkola uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Hunt.
An attempted straight right counter from Ukkola misses the target.
Hunt looks to throw the jab but Ukkola is out of range.
Ukkola was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Ukkola cracks Hunt with a right hand to the side of the head.
Ukkola works the jab nicely.

Hunt gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Ukkola.
