Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Nevez Amadaus (ranked 3237 p4p, 3592 weight class) and Brendan Lawson (ranked 181 p4p, 204 weight class). Nevez Amadaus has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lawson is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Amadaus still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Amadaus has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Amadaus has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Lawson regains guard immediately.
Amadaus really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Lawson is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Amadaus drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Lawson manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Amadaus has Lawson in his guard.

Lawson postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Amadaus is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Lawson, into his guard.

Amadaus drops back, looking for a kneebar! Lawson looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Lawson looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Lawson!

Amadaus tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Lawson presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!

Lawson jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Amadaus is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Amadaus and Lawson has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

That was a close second round but I would say that Nevez Amadaus will probably get the nod.

Lawson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Amadaus swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Nevez Amadaus showed his dominance in that final round.

A very excited looking Nevez Amadaus rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
